One-Year Launch Anniversary Giveaway
April 23 marks one year since we launched Archivist with recaps, compendium, moments, and a chatbot.
Together we've crossed more than 15,000 sessions, with releases spanning Timeline, Items, Wikilinks, Journals, Data Studio, Cast Analysis, Foundry and Obsidian integrations, an API, and ongoing quality work.
To celebrate, we're launching a new community giveaway.
How it works
How to enter: make a public post or forum thread about Archivist, then submit the form.
What everyone gets: One free session on the Archivist account tied to your email; we add the credit on May 8.
What winners get: two grand-prize winners each receive three free months of Archivist.

Current paid Archivist user — receives three free months of their current subscription tier (up to $60/mo for Legend).
Community Winner
Non-subscriber or trial user — receives three free months of the Casual tier (valued at $10/mo).
For every completed entry
Everyone who completes an eligible entry also receives one free session on the Archivist account tied to the email they submit.

Eligibility & Rules
Entry Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- One giveaway entry per person (one form submission)
- Participation session ($2 value) requires a complete form submission with a valid public post plus at least one way for us to review it (link or screenshot); we review submissions before issuing credit
- Posts must be public so we can review entries
- Follow each forum or subreddit's rules (flair, self-promotion, link policies, etc.); entries that break those rules may be disqualified
- Open to residents of any region where such giveaways are permitted
- No purchase necessary to enter or win
- Current subscriber status confirmed at the time of selection
Winner Selection & Notification
Grand-prize winners will be selected at random after the entry period closes. We'll contact them using the profile or account they posted from (DM, reply, tagged comment, or forum message — whatever fits the platform); they must respond within 72 hours to claim. If no response is received, an alternate winner will be selected. Subscribers may also be contacted via their Archivist account email. Participation session credits are applied after review to the Archivist email submitted on the form — no separate claim step.

Grand prize value equals the current three-month retail price of an Archivist subscription. The participation reward is one session credit per completed, eligible entrant, ARV $2 each.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) — grand prizes: Community Winner — $30 total; Active Subscriber Winner — up to $180 total; combined grand-prize ARV up to $210. Participation rewards: $2 per completed eligible entrant; total participation ARV equals $2 × (number of completed eligible entrants).
Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Participation session credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Archivist AI reserves the right to confirm eligibility, substitute prizes of equal value, or modify/cancel the giveaway at any time.
